My journey began with a deep interest in Psychology, Behaviourism and Philosophy. It was only during my BA (Hons) in Design that these interests evolved into a specific fascination with human-centered innovation and the power of design to solve complex problems.
Since then, I have completed an MA in Interaction Design, where I delved into emerging technologies and their impact on real human experiences.
My work spans UX, product design and service design, with a focus on understanding how people experience and interact with products, services and systems.
Through human-centered research, I have investigated these experiences across complex environments, from healthcare settings to public sector collaborations.
I am driven by curiosity, innovation and the challenge of building what comes next, while making sure it works for people.
